By using AstraServe™ products or our website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02 — INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically, and information from third parties:

• Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title when you fill out demo request forms, contact forms, or brochure downloads.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs when you access our website.
• Robot Operational Data: For deployed AstraServe™ units — fleet telemetry, delivery logs, navigation data, battery status, and performance metrics (no personal guest data is stored by robots).
• Communication Data: Records of emails, support tickets, and demo calls for service improvement purposes.

03 — HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To respond to demo requests, sales enquiries, and support tickets
• To send you product updates, news, and marketing communications (with your consent)

• Business Partners: Only with your explicit consent or as necessary for product integrations you've authorized
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or government authority
• Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

05 — DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by law. Contact form data is retained for 24 months. Fleet telemetry data is retained for 36 months. You may request deletion at any time by contacting privacy@robovance.com.

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request erasure of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
