Pricing FAQ
Is hardware included in the annual price? +
Yes, AstraServe™ is offered as a hardware-as-a-service model. The annual fee includes the robot hardware (lease), software license, cloud fleet management, OTA updates, and the specified support tier. You do not pay separately for the physical robot.
Can I buy the robot outright instead of leasing? +
Yes, outright purchase is available for Enterprise customers. Contact our sales team for hardware-only pricing. Note that software subscriptions remain annual regardless of hardware ownership model.
What happens if a robot needs repairs or breaks down? +
All plans include remote diagnostics and over-the-air firmware fixes. For hardware issues, Professional and Enterprise plans include on-site service within 48–72 hours. Enterprise SLA guarantees replacement unit dispatch within 24 hours.
Is there a minimum contract term? +
Starter plans have a minimum 12-month term. Professional plans are 24-month minimum. Enterprise contracts are typically 36 months with multi-year discounts available. Pilot programs of 3–6 months can be arranged for qualified customers.
